For those of you who haven’t heard about history behind this dish, the Peking Duck has a true noble status – first prepared for the Emperor of China in the Yuan Dynasty it remained one of the main dishes on the imperial court menu up to recent years.

Our Peking Duck is a world famous dish, not only because of how it is cooked but also because of the way it is prepared and served: a Succulent duck meat with crispy skin is wrapped in a pancake with strips of sliced cucumber, spring onion and special sauce.
